We offer flat rate shipping within Canada under $150 CAD. Orders of $150 CAD or more ship free.

Local pickup is available by appointment for customers in the Meaford area. Pickup details will be shared after your order is placed.

Please note that we’re a home-based business and don’t have a storefront to visit. Appointments are for order pickup only.Add a title or tagline.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories, as well as to the United States.

International shipping is available upon request. Tracking is required for international orders, and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We’re a home-based quilt shop located in Meaford, Ontario, and all orders are packed and shipped from our home.

We offer flat rate shipping within Canada on orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

For some remote locations or P.O. boxes, shipping costs can be higher. In those cases, an additional charge of up to 50% of the shipping rate may apply. If that’s needed, we’ll always reach out before processing your order.

For select smaller items, we’re happy to offer lettermail shipping within Canada as a more affordable option. This applies to:

- Fabric (5 half yards and under)
- Patterns
- Sewing and embroidery needles

If you’d like to choose lettermail shipping, please email us before ordering. Since lettermail isn’t tracked or insured, we recommend this option for lower-value items.

If something doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund (minus a small restocking fee).

Some items are final sale, including pre-washed fabric, patterns, downloadable patterns, and sale or clearance items. These exclusions help us keep pricing fair and accurate.

Just send us an email with your order number and we’ll walk you through the next steps. We ask that you wait to hear from us before sending anything back, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service so your return makes its way back safely.

If we’ve made an error with your order or something arrives damaged, we’ll of course cover the return shipping and take care of the next steps. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during delivery, we’ll work directly with the courier on your behalf.
