Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product. There will be a 15% restocking fee as well as the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. Refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued when we have received back the inventory in unused and undamaged condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
For goods returned damaged or opened, there will be a 50% restocking fee and the remaining 50% will be issued in the form of store credit. There are no returns on pre-washed fabric.
To begin the return process please contact us at info@lindleygeneralstore.ca with your order number as the email subject. Please await further instructions and the return address.
It is recommended to purchase tracking when making returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If we have made an error with your order, we will pay the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days so that we may correct the problem for you as soon as possible.

Quilt Kit FAQs
The contents of a quilt kit varies slightly from kit to kit. But all Lindley kits include fabric for the quilt top and binding. Some kits, like the Gloria kits, include special notions required to complete the project.
Each product description includes a detailed list of the kit contents, so be sure to read the product description before purchasing.
In most cases, we have excess fabrics if you need additional to finish a kit. We keep extra fabrics for a kit up to a year after it's been for discontinued.
However, even if it's impossible to get our hands on that exact fabric again, we're always happy to help you find well matched fabric to replace the one you are short on.
No, our kits consist of yardage or fat quarters as the pattern requires. You will then be able to cut the fabrics according to the pattern once you've received your kit.
We have stopped including patterns by default because we frequently get requests from customers to purchase the quilt kit without the pattern.
As we have several kits designed around the Triangle Fade pattern, you might have bought the first kit, loved it so much that now you want to purchase the second kit without the pattern.
And while patterns are no longer default, there is the option on every kit to add a pattern.
